Quando a nova música foi comentado todos ficamos esperando um álbum mas na verdade é uma uma música .Demi acaba de começar a turnê FUTURE NOW com seu BFF Nick Jonas e ela tinha uma música nova e ela estava esperando para mostrar a seu publico . Então rapidamente a música 'Body Say' foi lançada no primeiro show , fazendo os fãs lerem a letra no concerto , Demi decidiu fazer uma apresentação em versão de studio  e na música tem algumas coisas como ‘If my body had a say, I wouldn’t turn away, touch, make love, taste you,’ . Tipo UUUOH' Demi . Demi você está fazendo a gente ficar vermelhos ! Depois de 'confident' a cantora postou várias fotos e vídeos junto com uma série de fotos sexys no instagram com ela sem roupas em uma cama com posições sexy com a letra de 'Body Say'.
Após postar essas fotos Demi foi para o twitter e escreveu sobre sua nova música - “I wrote and recorded #BodySay a couple weeks ago and wanted you guys to hear it right away… What’s the point in waiting anymore?”  . Exatamente porque esperar ?
